If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or credit within 10-days. We are sorry but we can NOT accept returns made after 10 days of you receiving your order. Just call 866-250-6446 and we’ll provide you with an RMA. Repack your order and send it to us in the original packaging. The product(s) must be returned unopened/tampered with in its original packaging. Note: Soft goods (harnesses & lanyards etc.) from DBI-SALA must be returned unopened. So please read the sizing charts carefully before ordering.

A 20% restocking fee may apply depending on the manufacturer’s terms. The buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges. A prepaid label is available on request and can be deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and you will be responsible for any costs associated with returning your product/s.

Freight Claims and Damaged Shipment

Freight claims are handled by our Customer Service. Regardless of how your order was shipped, we can assist you if the merchandise is verified as damaged in transit.

Please note

  • Don’t accept visibly damaged product until the delivery person has endorsed the air bill or bill of lading with a statement to the extent of the damage.
  • Notify us immediately that your shipment was damaged so we can provide assistance.
  • If you have concealed damage and did not notice until you’ve opened the box, keep all packing materials and give us a call within 24 hours of receiving your order.
