3M's Ultra Lok™ series of self-retracting lifelines (SRL's) are robust and extremely lightweight devices that are precision engineered for safety, performance, and comfort that you can rely on. The Ultra Lok™ system is built to last with a semi-sealed design, an anti ratcheting brake system, and stainless steel components.
3M's SRLs are backed by decades of dependable service in the field for absolute confidence, safety, and reliability. An SRL lifeline will extend as the user moves away and automatically retract as they return. This flexibility allows the user to move within a limited safe working range at normal speeds. When a fall occurs, a speed sensing brake system activates to restrict both the fall and the forces exerted on the user.
