Retrieval Self Retracting Lifeline with Environmentally Sealed Dynamic Components
3M's series of Sealed-Blok™ self-retracting lifelines (SRL's) incorporates proprietary and patented design concepts to keep all dynamic components, including the brake and motor spring, free of foreign elements such as dirt, grease, and moisture. Work with complete confidence, efficiency, and without worry, knowing the Sealed-Blok™ SRL will remain unaffected by the harshest environments.
3M's sealed SRL's are backed by decades of dependable service in the field for absolute confidence, safety, and reliability. An SRL lifeline will extend as the user moves away and automatically retract as they return. This flexibility allows the user to move within a limited safe working range at normal speeds. When a fall occurs, a speed sensing brake system will activate, reducing the fall forces exerted on the user to safe levels and ultimately arresting the fall.
